A NOTE TO ALL HORSE BUYERS - PLEASE REVIEW

                              TERMS OF ALL SALES

On any distance sale, where a buyer is unable to come in person, we will provide current videos and pictures. The  horse will be personally assessed thouroughly with the buyer, through pictures and video to call out any old injuries or scars. If the horse has any, the horse will then sell “as is”.

If you are coming to the ranch to buy, it is up to you or your buying representative to be responsible to look over the horse thoroughly.

It is up to the buyer in any situation, to ask for a prepurchase vet exam on the horse prior to sale, at buyers expense. If no prepurchase exam is requested, the horse sells “as is”.

Once sales agreement is reached, the horse sells as is, and payment in full is due prior to leaving our premises. If an injury occurs after the sales agreement has been finalized, this is the buyers responsibility and risk. We suggest insurance is purchased with your provider upon sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FOALS AT SIDE

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of purchase price is due immediately upon sales agreement. The buyer has full responsibility to insure their purchase, which must be done on or before Sept 15 of the calendar year. At this date full purchase payment must be made. All sales are final at this time. All vet checks are done at buyer's cost, and are advised to be arranged prior to final sale. Any arrangements other than this, must be made in a new written agreement. If any major injury or conformation flaw by us or buyer has been assessed prior to Sept 15, deposit can be put towards another foal of choice. The replacement foal, must be written up in a new agreement, at its own value. If there is no replacement foal available, we will provide buyer with first choice in foal crop of the following calendar year. If buyer chooses to not use this option, they will forfeit their deposit.

Foals will be weaned at  around 4 months of age or after. Buyer understands that injury can occur at any time, and seller is not responsible after Sept 15, which is why insurance is advised. Any foals weaned will stay on the premises of our ranch for one to two weeks to reduce stress of weaning. The buyer agrees that they understand weaned foals require specific nutrition. As a responsible buyer, please do your research, as well as feel free to ask us about our feed program.

Each foal will come with a halter and lead, as well as registration certificate and signed transfer. Registration papers will be sent to buyer as soon as we get them from the association. Please expect a 6-8 month waiting period.
